Where the heck have I been?

Well, I am still here...I swear!  I just realized how long it has been since I posted!  Bad me!! :)  The summer is whizzing by with sessions and activities.  I just can't seem to catch up!

I am super duper excited to be going to St. George Island next week!  Which means there is just, like 100 gazillion more things I have to do before then to get ready!  But the week is going to be so awesome!  I have some Rock Star families coming for portraits and I can't wait! 

Side note:  I have one appointment left on Wednesday, July 2.  Contact me by this Friday if you are interested in coming to the beach for portraits!

Yeah...she has a thing for her fingers.  I am guessing teething!

Anyway, there is proof I am not dead...yet!  I will try to post again sooner rather than later!

We have a winner...

Thank you to everyone that took the time to give me their opinion about the new logo (or not).  It was pretty much split between #1 and #4, although one person preferred #3 and one said to stick with the old one.

I think it is between #1 and #4 for me as well.  I will let you know when I make a final decision...and the website and blog will change to match!

Anyway, my three year old picked the winner out of his cowboy hat! 

So, congrats to Jennifer S!  She won a session and $100 print credit!

Wanted: Seniors from the Class of 2009

We still looking for a few Senior Reps for the 2008-2009 school year. 

We are looking for current Juniors from ANY high school in TALLAHASSEE and the surrounding areas that are outgoing & fun!  You also have to be someone who likes to always look your best and dress to impress!

And I was doing so well...

If you have been waiting for the Senior Rep info...not much longer.  I was supposed to get it up here Friday but life had other plans!  But by Wednesday if it kills me! 

Also, I have only had one comment about the logos!  (I also had one email and one in person comment) but those three people have tremendous odds of winning the complimentary session if no one else posts a comment!  Come on people!  :)

Logo Comment Giveaway...

Wow!  That is an awkward title...I couldn't figure out a better way to say it.  Basically, take a look at the logos I have posted (they are all similar...but different).  Leave a comment here on the blog and let me know which you prefer (or hate) and why.  Comments will be accepted for a week.  (They will close at midnight on 5/14/08).  Everyone who leaves a comment will be entered into a drawing for a complimentary session & a $100 print credit.

We're back...

And trying desperately to catch up on our proofing!  We have finished a couple sessions and are working hard on those remaining!  I promise!

Here are a few shots from the sessions were have just completed or are working on...

Family #1...so nice, and how totally adorable is their daughter?  Yeah, she made me feel old...oh well, guess the truth hurts! :)

This is just a small taste of this group.  These are the parents.  The session also included 10 adult children and one grandchild (plus one grandchild that was on the way)!

This beauty is just that!  Six months is such a fun age!

This little guy was just full of life...so talkative.  I really enjoyed meeting him and hearing all about everything!

This is his cutie patootie lil sis!  The Gerber baby don't have nothin' on her!

That is the last of them for now.  I am missing one...but I haven't even gotten to going through his proofs yet!  Maybe tonight!

The Studio Will Be Closed...

For the first week of April (March 30 - April 6) for Spring Break.

I am venturing to Myrtle Beach (alone) with all four of my children to visit Grandpa & Mema.  Wish me luck...it is going to be a long drive!

Our April sessions, especially for First Communion Portraits, are starting to book up.  Call soon or your preferred date may not be available!  :)
