My basket ball team and I are out and about yet again this summer. Basketball team, get it? Me and the 5 other people in my family! Yeah, well I find myself amusing and that is what really counts, right? We are visiting Nana this weekend! The kids love it because there is a pool and super duper playground. Plus the time change (it is an hour earlier here) lets them stay up later than at home.
Although, let me interject that since summer began the schedule and especially bedtime have pretty much gone out the window. Even Campbell is staying up until 9 many nights. Of course it doesn't help that it is still a little light out at 9pm! And the kids are sleeping in way past 8am and sometimes past 9am!! We are going to have to start adjusting back to school hours soon...or that first week or so is gonna be...well, it won't be pretty!
Anyway, visiting Nana (and her cats...my allergies LOVE her cats!) I am actually sitting on the back porch with Nana writing this...she is reading (which will not come as a surprise to anyone who knows Nana). Oh, wait...for those of you who DON' T know Nana...she is also known as Linda or my mom! That is a somewhat important piece of info I suppose.
The Crazy Town Administration apologizes to any one who has been reading and felt confused or left out of the loop. However it is important to point out that the Crazy Town Administration is usually the one who is "out of the loop" or just loopy, what can I say.
So, we have been here about 2 or 3 hours. The kidlets are all in bed...I think. The 3 older ones keep coming out one at a time to complain about each other or ask me questions that they already know the answer to! (By the way...the answer is NO!) My eyes only itch a little so far...and my nose isn't running too badly. Allergies stink...especially since the kids don't seem to have them and would kill for a pet...actually they might kill ME for a pet!
And apparently I am just rambling on and on about...well, nothing it would seem. Not to mention that if Eric saw this he would no doubt want to "red pen" the whole thing. I think it must be at least HALF run on sentences and fragments! I am the queen of the fragment! In junior high and high school I was the princess of the fragment and I have stubbornly refused to give up my title! Of course, now would be the perfect time to include a fragment and I can't think of one! That is why I am the queen...I don't even have to try, it just happens naturally!
Anyway...gonna go since I am not really saying anything anyway. Here is to a great weekend of swimming and shopping for school shoes! (Outlets here we come!) I will post again soon (or if we are being honest...probably in two months!)
Later,
C
